Not So Cliche'

Updated: Jan 5

The title of this post was going to be "New Year, New You" but after a bazillion marketing emails in my inbox in the past several days with the same or a similar title, I just couldn't do it.

What I want to write about today is the rate at which the different parts of our body regenerate cellularly and how the EESystem energies can provide an environment that could positively affect the quality of the new cells the body makes, hence the New Year, New You title I liked at first, but ditched.

Here is an interesting table with the different cell types, their renewal rate and the last column is the BNID (BioNumbers Identifier) which links each turnover value to peer-reviewed biological research compiled in the BioNumbers scientific database.

Our bodies are not static. Every day, millions of cells die off and are replaced with new ones. Some cells renew in just a few days, like those in the digestive tract. Others take weeks, months, or even years. A few last a lifetime.

What is important to think about is that this cellular renewal process doesn't happen in isolation. New cells don't just appear on their own. They are built, repaired, and maintained inside an energetic environment that either supports them or works against them.

At their most basic level, cells run on energy. They communicate using electrical signals and they maintain an electrical charge across their membranes. Inside each cell, the tiny power plants called mitochondria use electron flow to produce energy.

When this system is working well, the body is efficient. Repair happens more easily. Inflammation stays in check. Cells do what they were designed to do.

When this system is under stress, it slows down.

One of the key concepts here is something called redox balance. This refers to the balance between oxidation (loss of electrons) and reduction (gain of electrons). Too much oxidation creates stress on the cell. Balanced redox allows cells to function, adapt and renew.

Living our lives in our modern environment tends to push us toward imbalance - stress, poor sleep, environmental toxins, inflammation and constant stimulation. These all tax the body's ability to maintain the balance it seeks.

This is where the idea of supporting the environment around the cell becomes important. Rather than forcing the body to do something unnatural, the goal is to create conditions that allow it to do what it already knows how to do - renew, repair, and regulate itself.

Scalar and light-based energy technologies are not about replacing the body's intelligence or "fixing" something broken. They are about supporting coherence, charge, and energetic stability at the cellular level while the body goes through it's natural turnover cycles.

As old cells are replaced with new ones, the quality of the environment matters. Energy availability matters. Rest and reduction of stress matter.

When people talk about feeling more rested, clearer, or more balanced after deep rest or energetic support after EESystem session(s), it's often because the body finally has enough resources to shift from survival mode into maintenance and repair.

Cellular renewal isn't a switch that gets flipped suddenly, it's a continuous process that unfolds over time. Some of those continuous processes are much faster than others as the table above shows but in each process, whether faster or slower, the support of the process- gently, consistently, and without force may be one of the most overlooked aspects of long-term wellness.

Wellness isn't about chasing perfection. It's about creating the right conditions and letting the body do the rest.

At Genesis One: Rest and Healing, the focus is on creating a space and a time where the body can truly rest in an energy field that is optimal for, and coherent with the cell's energy needs. The environment is intentionally designed to be calm and supportive. Sessions are not about forcing change, but about allowing the nervous system to settle and for the body to shift out of constant "doing" mode. As the body moves into deeper rest, it's natural processes - including cellular renewal and regulation have the opportunity to function more efficiently.

Thank you for letting us be a part of your wellness journey!
