How important is Detoxification?

First of all, I'm not a medical professional, this is just opinion, please enjoy your own personal research and enjoy your own inspired conclusions.


I have been on a wellness journey for 23 years, since my diagnosis of breast cancer when I was 40 years old. Perhaps I'll write about that in another blog one of these days. Anyway, that was when I learned about the importance of detoxing and also when I learned first hand how bad it can make you feel as your body processes out the toxins! I went "cold turkey" onto a raw Genesis 1:29 diet with nothing but fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts and carrot juice and water. That first week it was as if I had the flu. What a significant feeling that was, knowing so many bad things floating around in me that my toxic body was obviously not able to get rid of it fast enough. I knew that for me the best thing was to continue doing what I was doing. Some people back off and moderate such an extreme diet change but I wanted it to be over as quickly at possible and I knew it was part of healing. Once that relatively short period of time and the Herxheimer Reaction symptoms were over, I felt as if I was a brand new person. I have learned that it takes longer than that to have total cell turnover but that feeling of vitality was such a motivator to keep eating a clean diet, get the water and rest I needed and to reduce stress as much as possible.


Detoxification is simply a high priority natural process that your body was made do 24/7 to keep it's house clean and in proper functioning order. The body pushes out the toxins through the organs, specifically, skin, kidneys, lymph, liver, lungs, urination and bowels. The headache, muscle aches, and lethargy I experienced was a good thing, it meant my protocol was aiding my body in it's innate quest for homeostasis, in making the most of the opportunity clean foods gave it to release what my body considered trash. Could there be a measure of preventing disease in regularly helping the body to do it's job of detoxification? I believe so.


While looking in my bookcase, I ran across an unread little book called The Truth About Detox that I had came free with an order of an excellent DVD set called, The Truth About Vaccines by Ty and Charlene Bollinger. I decided to pick it out of the bookcase to see if it was any good. It's actually a transcript of a DVD set by the same name which I immediately looked for and ordered on EBAY because I'm loving this little book. While not exhaustive it's a good read and I can't wait to get the interviews on DVD's.


I'll share just a few excerpts from these transcripts:


Dr. Darrell Wolfe: ...even if we lived in a pristine planet, we still need to detoxify. There are always waste products.


Dr. Seeger: You are detoxing to get rid of toxins so you can build up your immune system. That's your purpose, that's your goal. Your immune system's what's going to help you heal. So, getting rid of the toxins is just what you do every day a little bit at a time, like drinking water, it's something that's necessary.


Cherie Calbom: Would you never take your car in for an oil change and filter change when your service lights are on? When it's telling you it's time? You are going to get there as soon as you can right? I had a time where I didn't get there for an oil and filter change. It was my first little yellow VW Bug and I missed the lesson from my dad, drove that little thing until it died on a California freeway. It was really scary but I could get a new engine. I can't get a new liver, well maybe, but I can't get a whole new body. I can't get a new me. So how important-if we're going to get our car in there, this is so much more important. Our liver is like the oil filter in our call.

All this gunk, it's clogged up in there. And most of our blood has to go though the liver, and if the liver is congested, all clogged up, if we've got a fatty liver, a toxic liver, a congested liver, stones in or around the liver. People say "I don't have to do a gallbladder cleanse right? Because I dont' have a gallbladder." I say, "Yeah, you do. You've got to do a liver cleanse. It's more important now than ever because you can get stones in your liver. Oh my goodness, you've got to do a cleanse. Do the flush."


Dr. Group: Your body will always give you a sign that something's wrong. You might have a slight headache one day. So, what do you do? Most people don't say "Well, I have a slight headache. I wonder if that was something that I ate at the restaurant?" Maybe it was MSG, artificial sweeteners, excito-toxins, food dyes, titanium dioxide, which is the main problem for fibromyalgia and pain these days that people don't realize.


But they're not paying attention. What they do is they say "oh, I have a headache. Let me just run to the medicine cabinet and take some medications." So, they're putting a band aid on it. It's like when your oil filter gets clogged up in your car, you don't continue to put fresh oil in you have to actually change the filter or flush it out.


Dr. Buttar: So, what exactly do we mean by detoxification? Well, when i'm talking about detoxification, I'm talking about the elimination of things that shouldn't be in the system that prevent us from achieving what they refer to in quantum physics as zero point.

So, zero point is the maximum output with the minimum expenditure. So, if you have like a car for example, it would be the highest rate of speed, the longest distance traveled with virtually no gasoline at all, or no energy source at all. So, if we can achieve zero point, that essentially means that we are at the maximum efficiency with zero expenditure of energy.

And I believe that if we can achieve zero point and get close to zero point, what happens is the cells inside our body have no other choice but to resonate at a frequency that eliminates everything that shouldn't be in there.


Ok, so enough of the excerpts, Dwayna here again, and ummm, I think I know of a technology that is zero point energy ; )


As I'm sure you already know, detox is very important and anything we can do to aid the body in that process is so valuable toward well being. The EESystem energy is such a great place to give your body this help so your healing can begin to happen. The detox bath the inventor recommends taking within 24 hours is incredibly important as a way to pull out the load of toxins released by your session. This is also why regular sessions are important to maintain the happy state of a detoxed and properly functioning body.


The Recommended Recipe from Dr. Sandra Rose Michael:

2 cups Sea Salt

2 cups baking soda

1 cup Borax

There are also additions to this recipe you can try such as:

Pine Oil or other essential oils

1/2 cup Calcium Bentonite Clay

2 tsp-1/4 cup Ginger Powder

2 tsp-1/4 cup Matcha Green Tea

2 cups food grade/regular Hydrogen Peroxide

Also you an apply magnesium lotion or coconut oil following the bath


And, Stay Hydrated!!
